About 200 members of our community joined together this morning for a ten mile community bike ride through the streets of Arcadia. Everyone enjoyed the sights and leisurely paced ride through the City. Mayor Harbicht and Council Member Kovacic welcomed the crowd and kicked off the ride from the Community Center. The group took to the streets at about 8:00 AM with a rest stop at Baldwin Stocker School at about the mid point. The ride continued, circling back around the City and concluded about 10:00 AM. The Community Bike Ride is held each year in conjunction with the AFD Pancake Breakfast. Join us next year for the ride.
