Long time resident and four time Arcadia Mayor, Charles Gilb, has died at the age of 83. Charles and Ruth Gilb paved the way for the City Historical Museum and were honored having the museum named after them. Charles was a USMC veteran and served in WWII. He was a friend to many members of APD and will be missed. Ruth and Charles Gilb have been married for over 60 years. Rest in peace Mr. Gilb.
