About 5:23 AM this morning, Officers responded to the 00 blk of Alice on report of a structure fire. Arcadia Fire Department quickly extinguished the fire which was isolated to the outside of two, unoccupied residential units in a multi-use complex. AFD Arson Investigators were on scene to conduct the investigation as the fires were suspicious in nature.
